I’ve just had a splendid stay at the cottage on the wonderful Island of Islay. Brilliantly located in the capital, Bowmore, it was dead easy to find and close to all the shops, restaurants and bars that Bowmore has to offer (the Distillery is just down the road).
The accommodation was outstanding, clean, bright and very modern. There’s a family room (plus en-suite), 3 other bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Best of all is the view out the back window overlooking Lochindaal, a great way to enjoy your breakfast or evening dram!
Oh, the house is also pet friendly, which is just perfect given all the beaches, woods and walks you will enjoy whilst walking your 4 legged friend on the Island.
